ZENSYNERGY Return & Lifetime Guarantee Policy
At ZENSYNERGY, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is custom-made to order, ensuring exclusivity and attention to detail. Due to this personalized production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse. However, we offer a lifetime guarantee against defects and will replace any product with a manufacturing flaw at no cost to you.
Lifetime Guarantee Against Defects
If you receive an item with a defect in material or workmanship, contact us at hq@zensynergy.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once verified, we will replace the item free of charge. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by improper care, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items Upon Arrival
For any misprinted, damaged, or defective products upon delivery, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order:
a) Email hq@zensynergy.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
b) Once reviewed and approved, we will send a free replacement.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement at no extra cost.
Invalid Address or Unclaimed Shipments
a) Invalid Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, and the package is returned, we will contact you for a correct address. Reshipment costs will apply.
b) Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment is unclaimed and returned, reshipping fees must be paid before the item is resent.
European Union Consumers
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
a) Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
b) Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
